SRV2 GRIZZLY
a semi-automatic utility rifle
Overview
The SRV2 Grizzly is a semi-automatic utility rifle from Black Creek’s SRV2 series. This rifle was designed as an ergonomic multi-use utility rifle for Hunting or the Range. The SRV2 Grizzly is chambered in .308W and 6.5CM and with the right (off-the-shelf) ammunition combination, can shoot to 1.5 MOA (minute of angle), meaning that group sizes will be under 1.5” at 100 meters.
This rifle also boasts an upgraded two piece short-stroke piston system and an adjustable gas block with 3 distinct settings. This allows fine tuning of the gas system based on the multitude of .308 and 762N ammunition types and muzzle devices (such as suppressors) which may create back pressure resulting in less required gas. A quick click to open the gas port slightly may also allow continuous and sustained shooting of an extremely dirty or carbon packed rifle until the rifle can be properly field stripped and cleaned.
User controls are similar to an AR10 and the rifle is fed by a factory-limited AR10 magazine. The Grizzly ships with a Magpul Zhukov stock, however the stock mounting point on the lower receiver is a universal 1913 pic rail, allowing for nearly unlimited aftermarket stock options.

Steel Reinforcements
The Grizzly uses steel reinforcements in the aluminum rail to ensure that the rail and receiver stay true when rail is torqued into place. The QD points on the Grizzly are also reinforced with steel ensuring no premature wear in the aluminum rail.

MILSPEC
The Grizzly uses a milspec trigger guard so that it can be removed or folded back during cold weather, when thick gloves are required. The user controls are located in the same location as a milspec AR10, but the controls are upsized for easier reach and use.

Adjustable Gas Block
The Grizzly ships with an adjustable gas block. The Gas Block has three distinct settings which can be changed with an alan key or any tool with a flat end similar to a flat tip screw driver. The rifle will run commercial grade ammunition on all three settings, however setting one limits gas for suppressor use, setting two is for general use and setting three is for times when additional gas is required to move the bolt back fully.
